We grow wheat in our own garden — not commercially, not at scale. A small plot, tended carefully through the seasons. When the harvest comes in, we sell what we grew directly to people nearby.
There is no processing plant, no branding story invented for a label. You know where this wheat came from because you can visit the garden. That is the whole point.
We sell whole grain, unbleached, in small quantities. You can pick it up locally or arrange delivery. Simple as that.
